As described on the Yau Kun Mun site, this formula was ''created from a dit dar jow formula handed down through the Yau Kung Mun system for many generations. Contains over 30 individual herbs, barks, and other ingredients known for their healing and chi building properties.

This batch has been aging for over 4 years and the liniment is very strong, smooth and very good! Works great for Iron Palm training at all levels (beginning, intermediate or advanced).
