This is an accompanying  herbal to  Liang Gong Chi and is Applicable to Martial Arts as well as other types of deep, internal, meditative, and energetic practices.This is for use at the highest levels of training in Jing Development, Iron Palm, Cotton Palm, Iron Sand Palm, Vibrating Palm, Iron Body, Qigong, Meditation, Yoga, and other types of Energetic Transformation, Internal Alchemy, Spiritual Advancement and Esoteric Practices. 
 
As the title indicates, this is used to Harvest or collect, accumulate and achieve maximum results. These herbals do not take the place of proper instruction by a qualified master, and require the highest effort to provide their supporting, additive results.  Liang gong and Shou Gong are typically used together and can be used in conjunction with other elixirs. At the physical level, thiss formula regulates and quickens the blood, strengthens the sinews and bones.
