DVD - Northern Drunken Praying Mantis Form with Applications, Breathing, Qigong.
 
This is footage filmed in the 80's of a rare form and its associated practices performed by the controversial figure, Sifu Anthony Fucina. 
 
The video was designed to be for instructional purposes and shows preparation exercises, strengthening, breathing and Qigong and presents the Drunken Mantis Form broken down into segments, segments with applications and the form in its complete flow. 
 
The video quality reflects its age and vintage, with the colors mostly washed out but the image is clear and the material is organized, so it still can serve its original instructional purpose. The movements of the form are of moderate to high difficulty and will require good physical condition and flexibility to perform. This is very unique and fairly rare footage. We make no claims as to its authenticity of the material or of the presenters. It is certainly a collectors piece and is a good addition a vintage collection.
