This dit da jow originates from the Futsan Hung Sing lineage of Choy Lee Fut. It is a large, well balanced formula designed for injury prevention and for body strengthening. Very effective at relieving pain from injuries and at eliminating bruising and reducing swelling. 
 
It is unique in that it is made with a special black rice vinegar blended with spring water and rice wine. This gives the formula a different feel and rate of penetration than most other formulas available and is meant to toughen the skin and harden the fascia over long term use.
