5'' X 5'' Thick Canvas Bag hand constructed. The size of our Grip Bag is ideal for all Hand sizes. This bag is filled with a combination of mung beans, rice and a mixture of herbs and is the correct bag for the first step in developing grip strength and focused, dynamic, palm striking.
18'' long and 2 1/2'' wide, Thick Canvas Bag hand constructed and filled with a combination of mung beans, rice and a mixture of herbs. This bag is used for Iron Body training and can be used individually or with a partner. 
2 ounce bottle of ready to use Dit Da Jow strengthening, healing and conditioning liniment. This formula is excellent for all around training and for beginning development of Iron Palm, Iron Fist, Iron Bridge and grip training. 
 
Note: The use of a quality Dit Da Jow liniment is highly recommended for all types of Iron Palm/Iron Body/Iron Skills training. This bag is more forgiving given its mediicinal filling, so the occassional practice without Dit Da Jow is ok, however, for best results, always use Dit Da Jow.
