This liniment is a martial arts formula equivalent to the Iron Fist formulas of Chinese Dit Da Jow herbal medicine. In fact Cheolsusul means Iron Fist. This formula is very strong and great for martial artists conducting a strong conditioning routine. Korean style conditioning involves hitting hard objects and does not have the incremental aspects of Chinese training. This formula is for training that consists of striking hard objects.
