This is the authentic formula from Grandmaster Ark Yuey Wong's 5 Family/5 Animal Fist kung fu lineage. This formula has been authenticated by several senior masters of the Ng Ga Kuen style and original students of GM Wong.
 
This formula is perhaps the first Iron Palm/Dit Da Jow formula to be made available to non-chinese kung fu practitioners. It is the formula used by many accomplished Iron Palm masters and is famous for its effectiveness. 
 
Although this is a highly effective Iron Palm formula, it has very potent healing and pain reducing properties and a blend of cooling and moving herbs making it excellent for both chronic and acute injuries. The formula is quite large and contains herbs to strengthen and condition muscles, sinews and bone, to fortify nails, make the skin more resistant, and includes some rare herbs to increase grip strength. It remains to this day one of the best and most complete herbal formulas available.
 
Grandmaster Ark Wong is credited with being the first Kung Fu master to teach non-chinese students and as such influenced the spread of kung fu world wide. He is recognized as one of the great masters of kung fu as well as a master herbalist and doctor of Chinese medicine. His accomplishements and feats both in the martial arts as well as in the healing arts are the stuff of legend.
