River Rock is Back! This Iron Palm / Iron Body bag set is for level 3, 3rd Stage advanced training. The bags are filled with natural river rock. River rock are very dense, hard rocks that have been smoothed with the softer layers worn off over time. It is larger size fill and very hard presenting a challenging step for Iron Skills training. 
 
Use River Rock only at the advanced level of training. River Rock is less conforming to strikes due to the larger size and hardness of the rocks and presents a difficult challenge even for those training the steel shot and will up you iron skills game when used as a pre-step to or follow up to steel shot.
