Cancellation of Product Subscriptions

At Shen Martial Arts, it is our goal to provide you with the best authentic, traditional herbal healing and wellness products, at the best possible price.  We added subscriptions in order to make products that require a longer term period of use more affordable and give significant discounts for those that commit to subscription program.  For Shen to sustain these discounts, we rely on customers completing the duration of their subscriptions. We cannot offer such discounted prices when customers subscribe but request cancellation prior to completion of the subscription length.

Subscription durations are determined by average observed duration for results to manifest. Early cancellation limits the possible health benefit. Consistency and continuity are very important for proper results.​ It is our plan to add subscription options to more products so you can better follow a long term program, but can only do this if subscriptions are completed. At that point, you have the option to continue or stop.

We kindly ask that once you sign up for a subscription, that at least half of the duration be completed before asking for a cancellation. In other words, if the subscription is once a month for 12 months, please complete at least 6 months be. For subscriptions without an end date, please finish one year.
