For stubborn skin inflammation manifesting as cracked, scaly, itchy and painful skin patches. Skin may shaffe off when scratching or may be too scaly and painful to scratch. 
 
Apply as neede. Apply ointment to the full affected skin area and cover with gauze if possible. For best results, apply ointment at night and cover up with gauze or cloth and keep until morning.
